Grillin USA: What’s Cookin Where

Postby Boots » Mon Jul 03, 2023 6:05 am

As a student of economics and statistics both by inclination and my job, I tend to digest large amounts of data every day (resulting in frequent mental indigestion these days). So, it happens I came across the following chart compiled by Giggle of what everybody is trying to figure out to grill for Independence Day. There are several takeaways from this:

1) Giggle is indeed Big Brother and eyeballing us all in a way too creepy way;
2) There are way too many vegans in this country and somebody needs to send Montana reinforcements immediately;
3) I thought folks in Oklahoma woulda had the corn thing figured out by now, just call 1-800-IOWA;
4) People in Virginia must be on mushrooms alright, the wacky kind;
5) People in Kansas cant spell “Perch” so they typed Salmon instead;
6) I would probably enjoy visiting Wisconsin, they got beer too;
7) Texans got their priorities right, though I’m convinced the search question in Arkansas was actually “How do I boil the ribs?”, LOL :laughing7:

Happy Fourth to Everyone, it’ll be fajitas here at the Bootstead.

thick cut pork chops, with honey hog wallerin, then the squish with SPG topped with parmesan, and a side of mac & cheese insta pot style. The picture isn't very appealing but it sure did taste good.
