Still offshore, hasn’t hit us yet. Looks like it is about 28 at the house. I am straight south of Mobile AL.

8* here. My heat pumps haven’t shut off for 2 days.

I ran out of propane in the RV real quick, so the electric fireplace and a space heater in the basement are keeping that just above freezing.

It looks like we won’t get back above freezing until Wednesday.

Stay warm and safe all.

We got down to 6.8 degrees last night in my backyard. The high yesterday made it to 17. I've got a couple of big Texas Sabal palm trees in my backyard that I'm a bit concerned about along with other smaller various smaller palms. Fingers crossed that they pull through. Can't wait until Wednesday to get back above freezing!! :whiteflag:

I blow the lines out with air real good. I have yet to put pink stuff in, 9 years.
I still like to keep it above freezing, and below 85 since I have it plugged in at the house. We keep stuff in it.

However, this new one has a tankless water heater and I hear there is a tube that may not get completely water free.
Guess I’ll find out next week.

I just blow the lines out on mine as well and put the pink antifreeze down the drains. Time will tell! :dont:

I winterize mine with the antifreeze. Never had a problem. And I have a tankless water heater on my pit and learned that lesson the hard way.

Still pretty nice out here offshore. Not sure if that cool weather is going to make it out here or not. You north and east Texas guys hang in there.
