Sun...cleaning my travel trailer for next week end and mowing

Honestly don't know what I'm cooking, if anything, this weekend. Kiddos will be run'n and gun'n all weekend with their actiivities and I've gotta pack for a trip next week...

Might just fire up a cigar and sit in the yard with a glass of bourbon... or I might talk Bluz into letting me ride to Ennis with him and his pit...

Goin to Meridian ( Chigger Fest ) for a cookoff....its gonna be dang hot, but I dont care its my first cookoff since April 3rd.... Im about to go crazy. I have a good buddy goin with me to do all the work, since I have the bum leg. Wifes not to happy Im goin because of the leg. I told her its Theropudic, its good for me to go !!! Yall fellas have fun this weekend

Not sure if i'm cookin.Smoked a stuff pork loin & country style ribs yesterday,so wanna get rid of them first.Other then doing nothin,i'm not sure what'll be doing.Going back to work next Thurs-Sat.Twenty hrs is all the doc will let me work,for now.

All I can hope for is a low turn out.... Im gonna be a little rusty...last year there were 15 cooks. So I cant see a big difference from last year. And my Uncle wont be there so thats one less cook.

Happy Aloha Friday all... Be doing a brisket and some ribs for a get-together at my son's on Sunday. Got the ribs down pat but really need to do a great brisket. Big bbq/luau next month for my son's wedding reception, I will be rotissing a hog, ribs, briskets and some huli-huli chicken thighs.

Will huli-huli some chicken thighs this afternoon since 2 of the younger grand-daughters are spending the afternoon here.
