Haha. That's the coolest.

Parts, I am about to jump in the shower and head down to the pool bar myself. I am past the halfway point, but still a ways to go yet. I can hear a San Miguel calling me right now.

Parts, I drank some beer in Norway. The Vikings are good beer drinkers.

Re: Formerly Chuck Wagon Joe
Thanks for covering for me, Podnah
Seriously tho, since I have N/A to drink all day, I really don't miss it.
I quit a 10 to 20 beers a day habit, Cold Turkey

I'm impressed that you quit that habit, Parts. N/A beer is great. Tastes almost as good imo, if you get the right one.

Thanks, Joe, but no praise is necessary when your health is in the balance and the alcohol and caffine was causing my A-Fib.
I had some practice, however, when I quit a 4 pack a day cigarette habit, cold turkey, in 1990

Russ what is good NZ beer ? You got those big oil cans of bitters? Have gone through a few of those and some of those oil can Fosters too.
And Joe, back in my college days we had a place that served Ringnes Export, don’t know if that sounds familiar. It were good stuff too!

When I'm in Wellington I drink tuatara Pilsner on tap by the jug full. It's brewed there as well. Kinda expensive being a boutique brewery. Apparently you have to pay more for that.lol. I also like lagers ( kingfisher Indian beer lager) not a fan of fosters. If in Aussie I drink xxxx. 4 X beer."

Re: Formerly Chuck Wagon Joe
Ringnes Export isn't anymore. Pretty strong beer. I used to drink that in my younger days. When we where going out on a Saturday we always started with a few beers at home. Three Ringnes export and a bottle of sparkling wine. More specific a bottle of a German Henkel Trocken. That got the party going.Boots wrote:Russ what is good NZ beer ? Ringnes brewery is Norways biggest. It is located only 1000 m from our house.
