Greetings from North Carolina

Postby honeybadger » Mon Aug 12, 2019 8:24 am

Hello everyone,
Just finished my offset cooker build about six weeks ago. Learning lots as I go. Best food I have cooked in my life with that oak wood! Beef short ribs, pork shoulders so far, and salmon last night . Pic of doing first seasoning burn.

Nice pit. Bienvenidos from dry and scorching Corpus Christi.

Welcome! That is a great looking cooker. This is a great forum to ask questions or get some great recipes.
