Howdy!

Postby Dallas » Sat Jan 13, 2007 12:24 pm

Finally got logged in. Most of you know me by my Kloset BBQ'r handle on the BBQ-4-U site but since this is a Texas board I thought I'd use my real name Dallas!

In honor of birthday of this new board I'll be smoking some Texas style Beef Ribs tonight!

Good luck with the new Board. I hope it's a big success!

Dallas,
I might do the same if the temp gets above zero. Not that the cooker can't handle the cold, just the cook can't handle the cold.

DAT's we're having a warm spell here so I thought I'd try 'em. Never made 'em before so I thought I start simple and just season with salt and pepper like a prime rib. The only trouble I had so far was in finding 'em and they were frozen! So right now were waiting on them to thaw. Hopefully the'll get on today, if not today then tomorrow!

Welcome Dallas - try reloading your avitar now, see if aint bigger. I was fiddling with the sizes, not real clear how big is big enough.

Dan, I've got it the size I want but it's slightly over the 6 kb limit at 6.17 kb. Can you give us a little more room on the file size.

This is kind of fun isn't it. It's like moving into a new house and testing everything out.

Thanks for any help you can give us. I'm almost there! :D
