My wife and I took a trip to OZ a fews years back; Sidney, Caines, Alyce Springs...Ayers Rock. One of our favorite trips, we would love to come back someday. I had a camel burger in the outback, not bad at all, actually it was pretty good. Also, tried the kagaroo tail, tasted a little furry for to me. :wink: Cant do the kangaroo. :puke:
