Finally got back to TEXAS
Not exactly a new member. Been watching from TN for 4 long years. Finally got back to TEXAS, Giddings to be exact. I hope to get to meet up with some of y'all from time to time. I do my cooking on an offset that I built 31 years ago. I added tuning plates, and finally had to replace the firebox about 5 years ago. It is well seasoned. Good to be back in HEB and Whataburger country.

Looking forward to seeing pics and hearing of your cooks. Way back in the old "daze" there was a City Meat Market in Giddings that made the best Beef Links I've ever pigged out on.
