New Member from Austin, Texas

Postby WinStreak » Wed Dec 21, 2016 12:59 pm

Hi Everyone. My name is Jon and I'm new to posting on this site but have been lurking on the message board for awhile. Thank you all for your tip/tricks that I've been using to help bbq better! Hopefully, I'll be able to share new things as I continue on. I included a pic of my cooker from Johnson Custom Smokers!

Welcome! I enjoy seeing new folks on the forum that make themselves out to be "learning" how to smoke, then showing off some pro quality rig :laughing7:
That's like a driver learning how to drive in a Maserati lol Whatever it is you're doing, post pics of it and put it up here!!

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. Definitely didn't mean to make it seem like I'm new to smoking lol. New to posting...but have been using this site for awhile to continue making better bbq. Attached are the chicken and ribs from my latest cook...butcher left a nice gash on these dinosaur ribs but they still tasted great!
