Hello from Southeast Kentucky.
I've only been trying to smoke for a couple months. I bought a chargriller smoker from our local lowes. I've really enjoyed trying to learn how to smoke the meats. I've studied building smokers, I didn't realize how much planning was involved in doing so. I'm looking forward to hearing advise from the professionals on here. After reading some of the post, I knew I was at the right place:).
