Just found your forum and decided to join. I participate on a couple of other smoking forums, too.
I'm a geezer - made the trip around old Sol near 75 times so far.
I live in central Texas. I've been here over 20 years and was in Sugar Land for several years before that. I spent my first half century in North Carolina where BBQ means pork. I smoke pork butts and have learned to smoke brisket. I've only been at this for about 6 years and just got my first stick burner - an Old Country Brazos.
