Hi from Indiana, I just joined the forum to get some ideas for smoking on my new Bradley smoker.I'm originally from humble Texas, and grew up on smoked brisket. This is my first electric smoker, but works really well.I'm looking for suggestions on smoking a ham.Any ideas? Thanks!

Welcome aboard! I have contemplated a Bradley myself, just haven't really researched much into it. You've gotta keep us posted on its performance!
As far as smoking a ham, are you making/curing it yourself or is it a pre-cooked thing?

Howdy Neighbor. Just came through Indy, got a big client there and my son is contemplating Purdue.
