Greetings from Waco, Tx!

Postby BUnewby » Wed Apr 26, 2017 9:41 pm

Hi all,

I'm a newbie smoker if ya'll didn't already guess that. I've recently been elected to a position in my school organization and will be running a tailgate for upward of 25 people next football season.( Sic'Em Bears) With this position I've inherited an offset smoker, and we're proud of her! I'm very new to smoking with the exception of helping out with tailgating last season, so bear with me please. With that said, I look forward to learning any tricks of the trade, great recipes, and sharing my experience with ya'll! :salut:

More to come with budget, and time restraints which is going to be the fun part!

Thank you very much!
