Hey there Crazyhorse. I see you are from Azle. My daughter lives in Azle but she is attending college in Stephenville right now.

Thank You very much for the welcome. I think Lora, my wife and best friend and business partner will be joining shortly.

We have been married for almost 15 years, and we both retired from our jobs this past summer. Me, 24+ years as a keeper at the Fort worth Zoo, and Lora 25+ years from Social Security Admin.

We live on a 5 acre place south of Azle, and are raising "Hair Sheep" (Barbado and Barbado crosses), Boer Goats and Milk Goats, Poultry, and have recently started a custom order feral pig butchering business.

Lora and I both like to cook, she is more into actaul recipes and experimenting with those, and I am more into burning mesquite and raw meat with some spices.

This looks like a fun place where a person could learn something.

Hope that I can add something to the mix.
Mesquite was invented to make meat taste good.
