Howdy everyone, small town boy from somewhere of 77 South living in the city, smoking the subdivision out every weekend!!! Been cooking since I was 8 years old, started out like everyone else I’m sure. I cook on a variety of different wood smokers, Oak and Mesquite Woods preferred, etc. Great jobs by the admins around here, lot of useful info that even us long time cookers can appreciate.
Look forward to the discussions, some photos of things I’ve cooked over the past few weeks and months. All recents, from BBQ, to Tamales, To Menudo.
Because Texas.

You boys do a GREAT job around here, took me a while to join but hoping I can help pass some knowledge while gaining some. Planning to open up a trailer in the next year. Have served about 2-3K people in the last 2 months give or take, sold out both times. Hopefully be fully self sufficient by the time I’m 37-38 and look forward to a life of BBQ. Getting this guy started as well, he LOVES it. He’s lasted til 2AM the last couple of brisket cooks, not bad for a 6 year old
