Hello from Denton, Tx

Hello all and Merry Christmas. New guy on the forum, but have been looking in for awhile. Used to burn sticks for smoking but I recently bought a Camp Chef DLX pellet grill and it’s been a blast cooking on it to say the least. I’ve learned a lot just reading on this forum and another one thats fairly new. Thought it was time to share my experiences and offer what I can to others.
