Chris here from Southern Oregon. I have the privilege of working for Work Sharp knife and tool sharpeners in Southern Oregon, and while our primary customer is the outdoor hunting/fishing crowd our office is mostly made up of BBQ/grill fanatics who battle it out over the perfect smoke ring, what constitutes a correctly cooked short rib, and who gets the cracklin! Looking forward to getting tips to perfect my craft, and I'll exchange a few cutting and knife maintenance tips to return the favor! :-)

Welcome Chris.

What angle do you suggest for sharpening kitchen knives. Been sharpening mine to 20 degrees using a 1” x 30” belt sander and grits progressing from 400 to 3,000.

TIA
