Hi All- my name is Josh, and I'm checking in from Seattle.

I enjoy cooking outdoors, and have a few kettles for my everyday grillin', a 20" Horizon off set for low and slow BBQ, and a homemade cold smoker. Some of my other hobbies include making sausage and bacon (belly and back), smoking cigars, fishing and building cigar box guitars.

Looking forward to meeting some new folks here

Hi josh. There's a few guys that smoke cee gars here. I last had a cee gar nearly 13 years ago. I miss it. Remember we like pics, coming from a guy that forgot last cook pics,lmao.
