Introducing my self

Postby Patrick@1976 » Mon Apr 23, 2018 11:49 am

Hello, i'm patrick , i live in the Netherlands europe, almost 42 years old ( 26 april ), married, and 3 lovely kids.
I love bbq especially low and slow. I started with a weber 57 charcoal grill, and i had a lot of fun with it making ribs, pulled pork, burgers and stuff. Sinds 2 weeks i'm the proud owner of a ceramic bbq, an complete new at this. I hope to get a lot of inspiration here, and also share some of my creations.

Wow, first of all welcome from East Texas. I say that because geographical Texas is really bigger than some US states.

We're glad you're here and look forward to your participation
