New, from Fort Worth, TX

Postby Bill E » Wed Jul 25, 2018 12:38 pm

I've been grilling meats my whole adult life, and smoking for around two decades.

Been in the Fort Worth, TX area for 9 years, and can smoke a mean brisket.

But born and mostly raised in Memphis, TN, and until 9 years ago lived most of my life in the southeast, so BBQ pork is my first love.
