Welcome - we have a valued Member her that is an IBCA judge. He goes by the handle of K.A.M. look him up and shoot him a private message. he and his wife are very busy but he'll eventually reply when they slow down long enough. I'd also suggest using the search feature in the top right corner; KAM and other Board members have answered many questions concerning IBCA events
