Well, not really. I've been absent for several years, but meanwhile I have been steadily improving my skills using my now 12 old Gator Pit. A pit which, by the way, has never seen any fuel other than wood. I live in Maryland; woodturning and gardening are my pastimes, and I get a little smoking (meat!) in there whenever I can.

I remember this forum as being an excellent source of information about smoking meat, and I look forward to revisiting the posts and improving my skills.
