Another Pellet Smoker Dude

Postby JKarlovich » Sun Aug 26, 2018 12:04 pm

Howdy everyone!! I’m new to this group. I cook with a Pit Boss 820. Still learning how to use it. Trying to figure out how to get more smoke from the grill. I’m using P4 setting.

A real BBQ guy introduced me to this group. I am brand new to cooking on a smoker so don’t kick me too hard!

Thank you for allowing me to invade your group!

Welcome aboard. Post pics - we like that.

This is a buddy of mine but try not to hold that against him.

No idea who the “real BBQ guy” he speaks of might be.…

The folks on here can answer all those pellet questions you have so fire away. I know you get tired of me saying (try using a log” :)

Welcome aboard.

Don't take any guff off the stick burner crowd either. Used right, a pellet cooker is capable of turning out some world class food. :D  :chef: I swear by my Rec-Tec.
