Found this forum while chasing information on bbq on the net. Just a backyard bbq'er. Looks like there is a world of information around here.

Welcome. We have knowledge for days. Some extremely knowledgeable and helpful folks. Myself, I just make stuff up as I go but the others really know their stuff :)

Thanks for the welcomes. I'm on the east side of the Sabine River, in Sulphur, LA, but I like TX BBQ.
