Houston Texas
Hey folks,
New here. I guess I've been a lurker for a few months, just not a member. Any information I need, I get from this forum (which has been super helpful!!). So, just wanted to be apart of the group! I'm in Houston (Downtown) and always trying to smoke! Here's a picture of my last brisket (salt, pepper, oak). Had to adjust the filters to bring the grain to life! This was (and all of my smoke cooks) are done on a Traeger, stick burner is in the near future!

Excited to be here folks! I've got an itchy trigger finger for a LSG 24x48 offset, trying to convince myself to pull the trigger!

Re: Houston Texas
Hi everyone I live in Ontario Canada and just bought a Pit Boss pellet smoker. I also have a Bradley digital smoker that I have had for year or so. Not sure which one I will keep yet but over time and maybe some input from this forum I will be able to figure it out. I don’t post to often but I spend a lot of time reading and learning. I just bought a 11 lb. brisket and will be looking for a great recipe so shout out if you have one. Thanks and happy smoking.

Howdy Rocket44 - - - why don't you repost this with your own Thread under "New Member Introduction" and use Ontario Canada as your Subject
This way more of our members will see it and get to Welcome you.
I tried to do it for you but couldn't because of my limited knowledge, sorry
