Houston Texas

Hey folks,

New here. I guess I've been a lurker for a few months, just not a member. Any information I need, I get from this forum (which has been super helpful!!). So, just wanted to be apart of the group! I'm in Houston (Downtown) and always trying to smoke! Here's a picture of my last brisket (salt, pepper, oak). Had to adjust the filters to bring the grain to life! This was (and all of my smoke cooks) are done on a Traeger, stick burner is in the near future! :texas:

Hi everyone I live in Ontario Canada and just bought a Pit Boss pellet smoker. I also have a Bradley digital smoker that I have had for year or so. Not sure which one I will keep yet but over time and maybe some input from this forum I will be able to figure it out. I don’t post to often but I spend a lot of time reading and learning. I just bought a 11 lb. brisket and will be looking for a great recipe so shout out if you have one. Thanks and happy smoking. :salut:

Howdy Rocket44 - - - :?: why don't you repost this with your own Thread under "New Member Introduction" and use Ontario Canada as your Subject :?:
This way more of our members will see it and get to Welcome you.

I tried to do it for you but couldn't because of my limited knowledge, sorry :salut:
