Texan in the Land of Switzer

Hey All....Been living here in Basel, Switzerland for 15 years (From San Antone). About 3 years ago I felt the push to find some way to smoke brisket here. After about 5 or 6 non-interested butchers, I found an energetic character here that'll order direct from Dallas for me (Each pc costs me $175, and the minimum order is 4 pcs). He can't wait for a taste (He's always out travelling). Anyway, after three years of "just doing", I feel a calm has come over me when I make each new one now.
Using a Napolean Bullet style (Small and Large) see pics.

I hope to learn more from visiting with you guys as we go.

BTW....It's getting cooler here already (Oct 2018)....Hope you guys get some cooler weather soon...

Ciao for now,
Andy

Welcome here Andy!
If I´m allowed to give u some Tipps, look here
https://www.frischeparadies-shop.de
https://www.clickandgrill.de

There are al lot of more shops like that, but nobody has to pay 175$ for a Brisket.

Hi there and thanks for this....Sorry I've been away from the keyboard (and grill) for a while....I looked into the links you sent me (thanks) and they don't ship to switzerland.
A lot of things are not delivered here (Amazon, you name it)...they really protect the local businesses, which is nice for the locals, but us outsiders have to find all kinds of ways to get around it....
