New guy checking in.
6th generation Texan and live in Bee Cave (west of Austin) for the past 22 years and grew up in the Dallas area.
Love me some Brisket, Pork Ribs, Pork Butt and most of all pork belly burnt ends.

Welcome to the forum. :salut: I was in Bee Cave back in October, stayed at Sonesta, went to a wedding in Dripping Spring's and even spent a little time at Angel's Icehouse in Spicewood. :texas:
