Greetings from Snow Country
Hey all! Greetings from Snow Country here in Boston, NY. Yes, there's a Boston in New York. We're from Northwest Ohio originally, so we're Cleveland Indian Fans. Its a one horse town, with one bar, and no traffic lights.
My wife and I cook competition, vend, and cater on a custom made Klose Mobile (currently for sale). In the fall, we learned that we will be blessed with a little one in May, so we're hanging up the money side of Q, to focus on competition - err camping with a purpose!
We also have two GSPs, named Buckeye Wild and Magnolia Mae who are working field dogs. Buckeye's football team hasn't done well in recent championship games.
In addition to BBQ, we enjoy hot rodding, motorcycling, fly fishing, beer making, and tractor collecting.

Hey, how about a pic or two of that hot rod catering truck??? There are a few other gear heads here too!
I'd love to, but they aren't linked to a public server. If you'd like, send me a PM with your email address, and I'd be happy to send a couple.
