Howdy
Greetings! My name is Jason, I live in Santa Clarita and am new to smoking. Been reading the forums a while, but figured I would join. Currently I use a pellet tray on a gas grill, looking at getting the Pit Boss Pro 1100 from Lowes. I've successfully smoked brisket, sausage, pork butt, chicken, beef ribs, and pork ribs.

Greetings Jason and welcome to the forum sounds like you are a fit for our lunacy.
If you have successfully smoked a brisket on a gasser w/pellet tray you are going to be blown away by that Pit Boss.......
