New guy from DFW.

Hey everybody. New guy from the DFW area in Texas.
Got interested in pellet use from my BIL.
I have grilled some but have not smoked much. I look forward to
getting in the smoke. Semi retired. I know I have a lot to learn.
I will be using a Pit Boss 820.
