Hi everyone. Im here to get some input from fellow BBQ entusiasts. Im trying to get my small catering operation off the ground. Currently looking to upgrade my rig to meet demands of bigger events.

Well California is short on good BBQ. Im looking to change that. Thats not to say you cant find it, but its rare. Thanks for the welcome.

to make a million in the restaurant business you have to start with two million...
do post often and include pictures, there are several on here to help you with your desires

Thank you. I know. Starting any food based business is a gamble. The upside is not having a brick and mortar storefront. As soon as everything gets off the ground I will post updates.
