Soda Springs, John Boys, the Smoke Pit, are all gone and some of the others quit making the good stuff.
Got 2 all day brisket cooks in on my new Camp Chef 24 DLX pellet job so far. A HEB flat the Mrs picked up then a Choice point from Albertsons. Both were better than Dickies is but not as good as Soda Springs was.
Not sure a whole packer'll fit, plus that's more than we can eat. Thanks for the help so far and the more to come.

Welcome to our little corner of the web. Wasn't sure what your pellet pooper looked like. So got some images. There were several showing a whole packer laid out inside. If it's too much, invite friends to help eat it. And hopefully supply the beer.
