Just signed up to become a newbie member here. Been by a few times reading through the threads and decided to join. I've been bit by the "all things BBQ related" bug for many years. Have had a Tejas 2040 mounted on a 4' x 8' trailer now for about 14 years. I'm doing some refurbishing and adding some mods to it now. I also ordered a Lone Star Grillz 20 x 30 offset back in September and I'm in week 7 of the dreaded wait period for that email notification that they have started fabrication. I also have a no-name brand offset that I purchased from Bucee's about 10 yrs ago. Having two homes (one inside the loop in Houston, and one on Toledo Bend Lake) I need to have plenty of cooking equipment at each
