Greetings from L.A. (Lower Alabama).

Long time (decades) BBQ cook joining in here. I own a plentitude of pits, grills, smokers, and kamados since BBQ is one of my favorite hobbies.

Look forward to participating. Mostly focused on off-set smoking at the moment.
