Hello from Spring
Just recently found this forum and have been reading and learning more than other forums. Like the format and so far the members seem very friendly and willing to help out rookies such as myself. Currently running Walmart version of Landmann upright propane smoker ( my first smoker) and a GMG Daniel Boone Prime pellet pooper. Looking to do my first whole brisket this weekend. Wish me luck that all the reading and videos I've been watching pays off.

Greetings Don, welcome to the the community.
Hardest part about the brisket is figuring out when to start it, so it finishes an hour or so earlier than when you plan on eating.
Should do fine on the Danial Boone.
