Welcome Coyote Blues,

You're not a Steeler fan are you?

I figure Texans hate the Steelers about as much as Clevelanders do! :D

Hey Coyote Blues. Welcome. I been looking for somebody from Pittsburgh to complain about them hotlinks they peddle down there. Now is them things nasty or whut? I bought a case of them things one time and had to rub chocolate on em to trick the Rotty into eating em. Whuts up with that? Do yall really like em? If you dont mind me axing of course:) Thanks.

Now bigwheel....not sure what ya got ahold of that claimed to be the Pittsburg Hotlinks....there are alot of sausages that claim they are real Hotlinks...but they were born here in Pittsburg.. :P :P

Most folks that don't like 'em has never eatin 'em the way they were meant to be eatin....at the resturant on butcher paper with plenty of hot sauce , crackers and Hotlink chili ...and yep...I luv 'em

Guess I am gonna have to show ya the right way to eat 'em sometime :D :D

You up for a invite ...or do you just not like 'em at all??? :P

Used to hunt out near Pittsburg. Always came into town during the day and went to a litle hole in the wall restaraunt and had the hot links...........butcher paper, hot sauce, and saltines...........after that a big bottle of rolaids. But it was worth every secong d of the heartburn. Only thing I miss about hunting in that part of the country.

Well the Pittsburgh hotlinks I got a hold of tasted like somebody had stuffed a gut with the cheapest..greasiest and blandest breakfast sausage they could find. By the time they was cooked and the fat was rendered they was about the size of a mini tootsie roll. Would say if you was doing a protein count the gut would win over whut was leftover on the inside. Reckon I just caught em on a bad day?

Your supposed to eat all that grease :P

Sounds like they dried out on ya

Or it could have been a bad day for the Hot Link!!!
