Hello All,
Little about me, eh?
Well I'm male, more than a year till I'm 40, live south of Fort Worth, been making Q at home for over 10 years, my sister and brother-in-law are in the business. I love to cook in general. As my signature implies, I'm on several boards over a wide range of topics from royalty to pizza to Star Wars, some of which I help moderate so they take most of my time. In the real world I’m a Financial Systems Administrator for one of the cities in the DFW area.
When it comes to Q, 90% of what I smoke is beef, though I do pork ribs and pork shoulder from time to time. I want to do a whole hog one day. I use simple rubs and a combination of lump charcoal and hard wood as fuel.
I also love pictures, so I hope upload some when I get the chance.
