howdy ya'll
i can't remember how i found this fourm but i'm glad i did. livin' in northern arizona but hope to git back down to the border country soon. as far as cookin' apparatus goes i use a brinkman pitmaster, a brinkman bullet type, a couple old beat charcol grills and sometimes a hole in the back yard. i cook mostly with mesquite and pecan and lump. i'd like to start smokin' some cheese, yea i know, left myself wide open with that statement.
