I went to school in Huntsville and firmly stand behind this place. Is it the best Que ever maybe not but it is very good for a bbq stand. The pork ribs are good the atmosphere yells Texas BBQ the brisket is melt in your mouth. A must on every Texas BBQ Dudes to do list is to try this place out. Might not be the meat markets of central Texas but I like it.

I'm just down the road from Huntsville (Conroe) and don't really say, "I need to go to Huntsville for some Mount Zion Church BBQ". My personal opinion is that it is the way you are treated, not what you are eating that has given them the publicity. Again, just my opinion.
