I am more in the hard sausage German type, less grease camp. More pig/fat content comes off more like a kielbasa...just my taste, not trying to tell others their business. Used to live off Thursday and Friday night supper at the Chicken with hard summer sausage, rat cheddar cheese, saltines and Bock beer. Makes that fish egg stuff the swells eat look like the sewer output it is. I like some crispy fat in my bacon, but not much in the sausage.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
