Mt Zion BBQ, Huntsville TX

The Wiffy and I managed to drop by "New Zion BBQ" today and grab a couple of chopped beef sammiches. More often than not we are going thru Huntsville at the wrong time of day and week. "Except" for the white bread the chopped beef sammiches were AWESOME ! The meat was chopped to where you needed to chew it just a little bit and that's the way I like my sammiches.

I use to eat there all the time when I went to Sam Houston State. Great service pretty good que.
