Just got back from Las Vegas and I was super surprised to find an outstanding BBQ joint there. We tried everything except the chicken and I was not disappointed. Ribs were pull off the bone with awesome flavor. Brisket was tender, although sliced a little thin for this Texan. Pulled pork was tender and juicy. Hot links were sauces but still good. There sauce was homemade too, so that probably helped. Cole slaw, pasta salad and baked beans were very good and the homemade Mac and cheese was out of this world, it was made with real cheese, not cheese sauce. The portions were huge. No one in our group finished their plate. After we ate we got to meet the owner, Chuck, and then got a guided tour of everything down to the smoker room and got to see them hand making their spices. The next time we go back to Vegas I will definitely be a return customer. Ir was better than any BBQ I've had in my hometown and just about any other place I've been. Here's a not so good pic of my leftovers.
