I'm Sorry!
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

Yeah, it can be rough. I get to work at 6:45 am and leave at 3:45pm. So I miss most of the traffic.

I was going to stop by Babbs Bro. BBQ last Sunday after the Dallas Tattoo Expo, but I ended up entering some of the tattoo contests and ended up staying to long to get to Babbs.
So I stopped by on Friday afternoon on the way to work. I ordered 1/2 slab of Pork Ribs and 1/4 lb of Hickory Sausage and a pint of Daisy's Cheesy Potatos.
Overall - Ribs were ok - a little dry and not very tender, Sausage had a heavy pepper flavor (which is fine) but sliced so thin, I cant tell you if it had a snap or not, and Daisy's cheesy potato's - I will pass on those if I end up over there again. Decent for commercial, other than that nothing was a standout.
Service was odd also, I was the only person in line and the place was about empty, yet they were rushing me through and not really seeming to answer questions, it just put me off a little bit.
I will give them a nod to my timing it was 5 pm on a Friday, and maybe the stuff had been setting around for a while.

But the really cool thing was - As I was leaving I see a place called "Hots" and got curious about that place, so I went in and it is a hot dog stand, and I have found the mecca for Hot Dogs in DFW - Hoffman Hots - I will def. be going back there often.

In conclusion - If you want exceptional BBQ - Cook it yourself !!!

I'm not even gonna ask what goes on at a tattoo expo....

Lunch is the time to go, their goods are fresh. I think you might have a different opinion. I have been 4-5 times at the lunch hour, and the ribs have been real prime. JMHO.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
