They use a Magnum Sniper model from Pitmaker.com out of Houston for their smoking duties.

Checked it out today.
The smoked chicken was much better than the brisket IMO.
Way, way overpriced. Good sides though.

I hear ya 3 Star. Just hate to be completely negative when someone in Deep Ellum went thru the effort to cook with smoke.

They have a happy hour with $5 dollar brisket sliders. I will give those a whirl sometime.

We tried to eat here last week. We got there at 11:30 and were informed that they were out of brisket. WTH!! Are you kidding me? The waitress said someone came in and purchased the full briskets to go. That was irritating, so we walked over to Angry Dog and enjoyed a nice chili cheese dog instead. I was surprised by the menu here. BBQ is just a small bit of their menu. So don't go here thinking it's a typical BBQ joint.
