Ahhh Tom they just made ya feel good tellin ya they saved the best stuff for you! :D :D Truth is...it's always that good!  Another good spot is Hancock's further east on HWY 380 in Lowery Crossing. Jerry Hancock has a BBQ Concession trailer at the SWC of Hwy 380 & Bridgefarmer Road. No inside seatin, just picnic tables outside. Good eats!

Thanks Dave you know I've had brisket sammies from those roadside places that blew me away so thanks I'll have to give Hancock's a try.
With the price of beef and the fact that it's only the wife and I at the dinner table (and she always wants ribs) it doesn't make sense to buy a packer anymore so it's kind of a treat to check out these places.

Tom, when ya go to Hancocks, try the smoked turkey too! As good as the brisket! Have Jerry dunk it in the butter sauce juices that are in the pan. Greatness!

I really like that jalapeno sausage at Hutchins along with the brisket. :D
