This is a good addition for those of us north of town. Bishop Arts is a haul from Carrollton.

I was really disappointed with the Bishop arts location. The Brisket just didn't do it for me I guess. I mean the sausage is great, but that comes from Kreuz which always has great sausage. I just thought the brisket lacked flavor and was very bland. I couldn't even taste any smoke at all.
