UYE Dallas Bhuddist Center

I have yet to decipher what exactly UYE means but that is the title Yelp uses to describe the weekly Sunday lunch Festival at the Dallas Bhuddist Center just South of the Texas Instruments adjunct on Forest Lane at 8484 Stults Rd.

All are welcome & there is a cornucopia of offering all arranged in 3rd world open market format. You could also call it a one sided Midway for those geographically Texas locked.

I chose an excellent Pad Thai for $6.00 that was awesome! There were seafood based Pho's, pork based, noodle etc., lots of meats on a stick like pork kabobs cooked on mini grills over coals, pork fried rice, dried & smoked fish offerings, oddly colored deserts.

You would never know you were in Dallas!
Next time I am going to have to test their position on BYOB!
