These guys apparently got their start catering for Bands.
I am beginning to wonder if they even plan to try & keep regular business hours.

It is a count your steps walk to the Pecan Lodge.

Website offers a few clues. Testimonial from their beer guy "Wendell" is a thumbs up... I think this falls into the classification of "biker barbecue" or "metalhead meats".
