Going to try Billy's Oak Acres but am open to suggestions?

Soda Springs is lunch only on Wednesday.

I haven't been able to get into Billy's Oak Acres since he was on TV. Haven't had time yet to wait in line.

The other decent option I know about is Texas Pit BBQ on Main Street Saginaw. Pretty good brisket, ribs, and chicken.

Left Dallas early enough to miss traffic & still make our appointed time at the Lockeed Gate of JNAS.
Left us some time to venture over to Billy's oak Acres & grab some BBQ & Beers.

No extensive BBQ review, I only had the sandwich they call "The Franklin" which is brisket & sausage.
It was very good but did not blow me away. It is no competition for "The Pitmaster" at Pecan Lodge.

The place is really rustic with an interesting location.
